Google Bad Review:  Christopher Inglefield has completely destroyed my appearance through three botched rhinoplasty's. Each revision surgery he progressly made my nose worse. The first time I had to have a revision due to it beaking and my breathing impaired. Second time the beaking was corrected and he left me with lumps all over my bridge with scar tissue. Third revision to remove the lumps down my bridge and I woke up with an upturned nose. He sculpted my nose to upturn without my permission and my nose is now with excess columellar show (piggy and upturned) and continues to get more upturned each year on year. My looks are ruined, he does not respond to my emails only an assistant telling me I had to pay to see him for a consultation.
Do not be fooled by his polite and warm nature, this man clearly does not care for his patients and i ask you to be very careful if seeing him for rhinoplasty. You can view the images of his botched job on real self if you would like to see the extent of his poor work.

Google Bad Review (2):  LBPS is not a place anyone should be trusting to have surgery done. Chris Inglefield has a current warning from the general medical council. Do not trust LBPS.
This is a disgrace and abuse of trust.
Please read all the other reviews on the all the platforms available about LBPS and make an informed decision before choosing them.
When something goes wrong they behave in a hostile manner, blame shift and will gas light you. Terrible place.

Google Bad Review 1:  Had an initial consultation 6 months ago and was advised that I would receive a report and referral, to this day I have still receiving nothing in return for the money paid. I have chased more than several times. Think very carefully before engaging with this company.

Google Bad Review (2):  Please think very carefully before handing over any money. If circumstances change, they make getting your money back nearly impossible! After having some medical complications and having to delay getting top surgery, I requested a cancellation (which was granted immediately) and a refund. I was told the refund would be in my account within 14 days, however that was nearly 2 months ago, and I still have received nothing. Despite multiple phone calls to them, and them reassuring me that this would happen, nothing has changed. Now, they won’t even answer the phone when I call and still have all my money for deposit and are refusing to communicate.

EDIT: since the clinic responded to this review, I have received one email saying they will chase my refund, then once again, completely uncommunicative. It’s obvious they are only worried about public image, but they still have my money and are refusing to give a refund. The way company take advantage of trans individuals is down right predatory. If you are going to claim to be apologetic for help save face, you actually need to follow through with actions, not just hollow and insincere words.

Google Bad Review (2):  When booking appointments the staff us extremely helpful and responsive , however they also require the full payments at the time of bookings. However when cancelling the appointments due to a change in circumstances , then the process suddenly becomes extremely long winded, such that a phone call is sufficient to cancel the appointments however receiving your refund takes extremely long and needs to be reviewed by the manager before being sent back to you. I have cancelled well before the required time for a refund and am still waiting.
I would also like to say that waiting time for the phone to be answered when calling is extremely long , there were times it simply rang off due to how long i was waiting for my call to be picked up.
An extreme double standard and complete difference in patient care when it comes to booking and cancelling appointments.

Google Bad Review 1:  Christopher Inglefield has completely destroyed my appearance through three botched rhinoplasty's. Each revision surgery he progressly made my nose worse. The first time I had to have a revision due to it beaking and my breathing impaired. Second time the beaking was corrected and he left me with lumps all over my bridge with scar tissue. Third revision to remove the lumps down my bridge and I woke up with an upturned nose. He sculpted my nose to upturn without my permission and my nose is now with excess columellar show (piggy and upturned) and continues to get more upturned each year on year. My looks are ruined, he does not respond to my emails only an assistant telling me I had to pay to see him for a consultation.
Do not be fooled by his polite and warm nature, this man clearly does not care for his patients and i ask you to be very careful if seeing him for rhinoplasty. You can view the images of his botched job on real self if you would like to see the extent of his poor work.

Google Bad Review (2):  LBPS is not a place anyone should be trusting to have surgery done. Chris Inglefield has a current warning from the general medical council. Do not trust LBPS.
This is a disgrace and abuse of trust.
Please read all the other reviews on the all the platforms available about LBPS and make an informed decision before choosing them.
When something goes wrong they behave in a hostile manner, blame shift and will gas light you. Terrible place.
