Google Bad Review 1: What started as a very professional service, that seemed worth the extra cost compared to cheaper competitors, soon turned out to be an additional burden in our buying process. On several occasions the buying process stalled for more than a week as emails had not been sent out by our solicitor, there is an absolute lack of communication which means that after sending several unanswered emails one has to phone them up continuously to even get a one-line reply (when you call the solicitor is always “in a meeting” even though you are never able to schedule a meeting with them) and last but not least our solicitor went on holidays during the completion week without 1) telling us at any point beforehand 2) doing a proper handover to her replacement which meant we had to compile ourselves a list of items outstanding and explain to the solicitor what needed to be done on completion date. We also spotted several mistakes in legal documents, including misspelling our names on the buying contract! If you want to reduce your stress while buying / selling a property or while dealing with other legal matters I would strongly advise to stay away from Philip Ross!

Google Bad Review (2): Acted for a freeholder of a flat we were selling and like many similar reviews they were slow, rude and unprofessional. We dealt with Daniel Gilnert. The sale took over 7 months because of this firm. I’m a property professional and have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a solicitor.
