Google Bad Review (2): The Google reviews say it all. I’ve just read through some of them and it’s the same story over and over. Does anyone listen at the GDC? They fail consistently and may I say, not fit to practice! In all my years of dentistry I’ve known a dentist to be investigated with no justified grounds, this went on for over 1 year and had a massive impact on their personal life and business. Additionally, they failed to take the annual direct debit that had been set up for years meaning the dentist couldn’t work for 3 months… it took that long!
They put the fear of god into dental professionals on a daily basis… patients can raise a complaint over anything… and the GDC are automatically on their side. Shouldn’t the patient have to raise a complaint/ concern with the practice first? Someone needs to sit up and listen… it’s time the GDC were investigated!
