Google Bad Review: AVOID! AFTER 1 Year and 2 months, Hitachi Personal Finance and Harley Street Smile Clinic eventually, after social media exposure, sent a cheque for the overdue refund for their termination of the contract/treatment (Sept 2017) and eventually released my mother from a finance agreement they had been harassing her to pay.(8 Nov 2018) “We have now cancelled your credit agreement…” . During this period of stress caused by economic defamation, libel and harassment my mother went into sudden cardiac arrest and underwent an emergency pacemaker.
The Dr and Clinic terminated the contract on the 5th and 9th September 2017! Dr resigned in the process of rectifying the dental work (21 Aug 2017) appointment I had new x-rays – and 2 new confirmed appointments at Harley Street Smile Clinic for the final fits and new veneers and Dr/Clinic terminated the contract and wouldn't give the money paid to continue the treatment they advised be continue elsewhere! Hitachi paid Harley Street Smile Clinic contrary to the contract conditions – i.e BEFORE the goods were supplied fit for purpose OR COMPLETED, trapping us without the goods or money! The need for care remains.
Our whole lives were turned upside down by this cabal! I still have continuing dental treatment, 1 year two months later! My need for care remains.
At one stage, Dr Moriera resigned and Harley Street Smile Clinic attempted to pass the contracted work to another clinic “across the road” “no 139” ! 10k contract/ treatment, a resigned Dr and no clinic! Horrifying! I was totally distressed! No permission was granted by me!
Be warned! Horrendous stressful battle to achieve a refund that should have been paid under the Consumer Rights Act within a reasonable time and for my mother to be released from a 10k Finance contract that HSSC terminated for which Hitachi failed to recall the money or investigate fairly.
