Google Bad Review 1: I booked the braid service on my birthday as I had been aware of the company for so long and was so excited for a birthday treat. However the ‘luxury experience' they advertise was definitely not what I got. It felt incredibly rushed and impersonal, I didnt even get my hair washed as was also advertised, and even had to ask for the stylist to spend a bit more time on my hair as she was only interested in getting the braid done and getting me out. After 12 minutes I was finished and feeling really flat. The actual braid was fine but 100% not worth the £35+ I spent on my birthday. Really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend.
