Google Bad Review 1: Waited for 30 mins, and found out they forgot my order!! They had 6 staffs, and 5 of them were chatting and laughing the whole time! Nobody noticed I was sitting there and still waiting for my food!

Google Bad Review (2): Friendly staff but the chicken (Cheez signature) and the milk tea were both quite bland / lacking flavour. Presentation was great so it's a shame but will keep hunting for some better Taiwanese chicken.
