Disappointing and meant we wasted several weeks waiting rather than progressing the matter, until we ultimately instructed someone else.

Google Bad Review (2):  Oh dear. I sought their help on an immigration matter, then they failed to respond to my emails. Sent a chaser and…nothing. Not even a holding email or acknowledgment. For me responsiveness is critical when selecting legal counsel. So I took my business elsewhere. I have no idea why this firm has so many positive reviews, my experience was certainly not a happy one.
