Google Bad Review 1:  Unfortunately my experience has been very different that the others who have posted here. To start with it took me several weeks and multiple phone calls to the clinic to obtain an online appointment. After waiting 20mins in the virtual room at the time of the appointment I left as the doctor did not show. In response to emailing them, 30 mins post the appointment time I get a call asking me to get back on the link for the consultation as the previous appointment(s) had overrun. While there may be delays. one would expect to be informed prior rather than left hanging on zoom. 4 weeks post the consultation there had been no follow up by the clinic despite the doctor suggesting additional tests. When I called to follow up, there was no record as to what tests were needed, or instructions/letter from the doctor or any idea as to what had transpired or what needed to be done. Completely shambolic. Mayo Clinic enjoys a respected and premium position in healthcare in the US. Unfortunately they clearly have not been able to transport their ethos to their operations in London.
