Google Bad Review 1: We had a very disappointing stay. Check in was great everything was ready for our early check in at 10am on Sunday 13th March.
After checking in we went into Oxford street for some retail therapy.on returned to the hotel, on arrival I asked a member of staff for directions to the bar “sorry sir the bar is shut on a Sunday “ ??
So where do I get a drink ?? “Palm court is open however it’s fully booked”
Ok so I ask again where do I get a drink
“We can send a drink up too your room”
This was the only option we was offered was to have a drink in our room
Ball part £700 for the night and no where to have drink???
The only thing I got to use was a bed.
On check out the friendly member of staff asked how was our stay you can guess the response.
I politely explained that it was not good enough,
We booked this hotel on a recommendation for location and quality at no point when booking direct with the hotel not through booking.com
Was we told the hotel cocktail/bar is shut on a Sunday.
On check out we was told a manager would be in touch personally and a week later no contact
I’m sorry to leave this review however feel very let down and out of pocket in regards to value for what we had

Google Bad Review (2): As a longtime customer of the Langham in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, I was very disappointed and infuriated by the way I was treated by the two doormen in London.
On a rainy day, I noticed that the door staff walking guests out to their vehicles, guiding them with an umbrella. However, I was horrified when the same doorman, who walked many previous guests out before, hurriedly gestured for my family to run to the vehicle while it was far behind the loading area and in the pouring rain. The car was also not in a complete stop. Another doorman standing near us just stood their and hurried us to the car as well. Additionally, the doormen also left our luggages in the rain while they rolled away. After watching so many previous guests get courteously helped into their vehicles, I couldn't help but feel discriminated against.
This was my first time in London. This incident with the doormen has really placed a sour taste in my mouth and has ruined not only my day but also my entire trip.

Google Good Review: Popped in for a quick coffee and a portion of chips. Coffee was good, chips were amazingly crunchy and the service was quick and polite, just as you'd expect from a 5* hotel
