Google Bad Review 1: I made appointment with Tale (Director) to have my highlights redone just before Christmas. At the time he was juggling between me and another customer . He did the highlights but didn’t even do the toner to my surprise I found out the person who did this was not a qualified hairdresser (she was the shampooist).. The upshot was there was no highlights just a block of colour. I was quite upset but did not say anything at the time as he said he going to resolve it after Christmas. He told me to come in on any Tuesday and he would resolve it by putting a toner through it.I asked If I needed to make a prior appointment but was told no.I went into the salon this morning as advised by Tale and was greeted by him and he acted like he didn’t remember our conversation or me for that matter and asked me ‘what he was supposed to do with my hair’. There was a torrent of words that followed which were said rather rudely and he even resorted to saying’I told you not to have it done but you insisted’. I’m a pensioner why would I pay for a service I don’t need. He admitted that he made a mistake ‘putting too much colour’. But his attitude was so hostile, negative and abusive I decided not to take the risk again to have him do my hair.
DO NOT GO TO THIS HAIRDRESSERS as he is :
disrespectful, unprofessional, abusive and shows a lack of experience in using colour.

Google Bad Review (2): Awful experience! I have been growing out my short hair and was looking forward to getting it cut and having a professional blow dry for my friend’s wedding that day. Despite having a booked appointment they acted like I was an inconvenience as they were already with a client. The hairdresser waved at the assistant to have my hair washed but didn’t bother to look at my hair or speak to me about what I wanted, which is always a bad sign. He was rude and the haircut was rough (I almost asked him to stop), rushed and is uneven at the back. I walked out feeling awful and will definitely never go back. I wanted to put in a formal complaint but whats the point as you will never go back to somewhere that u have had to put in a complaint about. Appointment was on 31/8/19.
