You always have to worry about the invoice overcharge in your account and when you ask them , they say this is our policy!!!!!
Very very rude accounting staff .
I write to make an official complaint about the above named nursery who have created nothing but unnecessary stress for me and my wife by asking us to bring our child home mainly for the reason of ill health which is totally untrue , this has happened few times which is time consuming and very costly for both of us ( as we have to stop work ) The doctors have confirmed that our child is well enough to return to the nursery and not to be kept at home but we are still being charged on daily basis as the nursery demands their fees and refuses to refund any amount owing to us.
As long as GP confirmed she was ok ,I do believe there was No child’s health at risk by keeping her at nursery when she was well enough.
I have not had to experience and inconvenience of collecting my child during work hours!!As my wife and me both arrived as fast we can to collect my child!!Please do NOT worry about our jobs and Do your job probably.
I do agree with this that on occasions where children are sent home, it is because they are not well enough to attend nursery but she was enough well when we collect her.
I therefore and under no circumstances will recommend the named NURSERY (Busy Bees West Ealing)to any one who is thinking of joining them.
