Google Bad Review 1: The showers were full of flies. YES FLIES! As I entered the ladies showers, there are open showers on the right. I pressed the button for the shower and a group of flies flew off and settled on the wall above. I complained to a member of staff and she didn't even go and look, but said she will get the cleaners. They will need more than cleaners to sort that out! The main spa section sauna, steam ‘seems' clean although in the dry relaxation lounge, one of the loungers had several marked brown stains. I won't be going back there!

Google Bad Review (2): This was truly an experience. And when I say experience I mean I have never experienced a stronger smell of feet in my life to date.
I never knew that the reason they call them essential oils is that they're essential to ensuring spas don't stink. The thermal spa had the strongest smell of feet followed closely by the steam room which had undertones of feet which crept up your nostrils alongside the overly hot steam.
There's nothing for relaxation quite like the changing rooms – the ones for the gym that is. Pay for your own changing room key.
Cheap and yet still bad value for money. Avoid.
