Google Bad Review 1:  My first time visiting and won’t go back

I always had a soft spot about good jewelry pieces, unfortunately not only have I found the pieces not very attractive but overall displays are so crowded with way too many pieces on every single shelf that it almost makes it impossible to look for a good ring or necklace.
I understand the shop is been open for a long time but in a city like London retail – especially accessories and fashion retailers should constantly adapt to changes in order to meet the demand and I am sure the owner could find a way to attract more costumers with cleaner and better displays.
Side note: I have to agree with some of the reviewers, none of the personnel in the shop has either greeted me nor answered my polite ‘hello’ or even asked if I needed assistance. I left without buying anything and definitely won’t recommend.
