Google Bad Review 1: The lady I went to did not seem much interested in colouring my hair, only applied colour on half my hair, once she applied it she left and that was it, my hair was washed by an assistant, the lady who applied the dye did not bother checking before washing the dye that all my hair were covered in colour, did not even check afterwards. Since then I have discovered many grey hair were missed.
Even the lady who blow dried my hair, I kept insisting I want straight blow dry and not wavy but she kept insisting it was better wavy and ended up doing wavy. Felt like she was practicing on me.
Expected a lot more for the amounts they charge.

Google Bad Review (2): The customer service I have experienced has been abysmal from the start. Considering Josh Wood is such a well known and prestigious brand, I would have thought this would have been at the forefront of the brand’s mind and a total priority to get right. However, it seems that the employees are more interested in taking pictures and posting on social media rather than impressing new and retaining potential future loyal customers.
The service I have received is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I have been made to feel worthless and an irritation by the company’s employees.
It also seems that social distancing rules are not applicable in the salon. Numerous people were walking around without masks and there was a lot of hugging and kissing between employees as a number were saying their goodbyes for the day. Such blatant flouting of the rules is hugely damaging and arrogant in such times. This is also massively damaging to the business and could result in serious legal snd/or financial repercussions.
