Google Bad Review 1:  Hi there,

I was stuck in the gym for almost 12 hours from Saturday 18th to 9am Sunday as my locker was broken which had my flat keys in it

I was told to wait 2 and a half hours for the locker to open by the CCTV guy I talked to on the red phone and that never worked so it was definitely a broken locker and not me forgetting my pin, not to mention the employee that helped me at 9am couldn't open it with her special pin either…it took a toolbox and some skill from her to sort it which she did quickly.

Felt like I had left jail when I got out lol big shoutout to her she was great and so was the CCTV guy both very helpful, polite and kind people..solid employees.

I was told that the franchisee owner said if it didn't open after the 2 and a half hours then I'd have to wait till 9am for an employee to come in which I think is pretty bad considering I was stuck for almost 12 hours

I've had to miss a day of work to catch up on sleep because of this and thought an email would be appropriate to make you aware of what happened so this doesn't happen again to anyone else

Many thanks to the girl and CCTV guy hope their high quality of work doesn't go unnoticed..
