Google Bad Review (2): Horrible customer service! I’ve been waiting 6 months and I still don’t have the items I ordered and zero clarity on when I can expect them. I requested my money to be refunded and the Wedding Shop customer service has refused. At this point I could have purchased all the items I ordered directly from the vendors…heck, I could have made them. The Wedding Shop is a complete scam. Brides BEWARE, don’t be fooled. There are much more reliable vendors to do you wedding registry with. I highly recommend Harrods. They delivered all my items right away following my wedding.

Google Good Review: Such an amazing service with really helpful and dedicated staff. They guided us through the whole process and were always there to answer any questions. However, the best bit, is that we were able to put together a list of everything we wanted all in one place! We included both new things for our home as well as cash contributions towards our honeymoon, and it's all free! Beats John Lewis!
