Google Bad Review:  Whilst the staff at this branch were really helpful, I was disgusted by Volvo customer service team – Having being sold a VOLVO XC90 by their East London branch, this so called premium car has given me nothing but issues. The main issue a continuous leak into the car which Volvo head of customer service have refused to look into or supply any support. What a useless team and how disappointing to be driving a so called luxury car with completely third class customer support. As I said, the team at this branch tried to be helpful but also let down by their superiors at customer service. My advice to anyone considering a Volvo, there are much better cars out there and much cheaper too.

Google Bad Review (2):  Steer well clear of these cowboys.

If you want a good honest volvo dealer with great mechanics that do not try to rip you off i would suggest sentinel volvo in Tottenham.

I took out an call with crawley who said the module would need to be woken up by volvo so he booked me in with Coudlson, took the car down the engineer plugged it in to a laptop and told me there was a fault and it needed to be booked in so that is what i did. A week later called to see how much it would cost £180 per hour i didnt agree with that so got a refund after 3 weeks. I then spoke to sentinel who managed within 20 mins of me calling took payment activated the app and sent me through my pin to connect to the car with out charging me £180

These lot are as bad as doves that is now closed, do you know why that is because they have the same rip off engineers there scamming people for work that doesnt actually need doing
