I am now working completely different set up (awarded as one of the best places to work in the UK) where people value and respect each other. He knew exactly what my situation was, I did not even know who you were, you did not even introduce yourself. You started sending me text as if I already knew you. Just be respectful and please be involve in the interview process with your managing director, do not laugh at him or a candidate at any later point. I did not copy all the code from any previous application. Cheating is copying all the code and using it for a different application without even cleaning and editing properly.
