Google Bad Review: STAY AWAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Paid 1500 pounds to have a transmission “rebuild”. I initially wanted a replacement with a used one that I found, but was told that they couldn't read the numbers because they couldn't get the car on the ramp because it had a flat and the spare was flat too. Turns out it was a lie because as soon as I told them to go ahead they could magically now get it on the ramp and the spare wheel was OK.
Said it would take about 10 days, took them 3 weeks. When I finally got the car back, there was no overdrive, so I took it back under their “warranty”. They kept the car for a month, until I decided to go get it and take it elsewhere. They kept blaming all sorts of things and said the o/d solenoid was working. Turns out the solenoid WASN'T working. So much for the rebuild. On top of that when I went to pick it up they had run the battery flat and the car was dumped in a car park round the back – they probably hadn't worked on it for a while. Should've paid with credit card and charged back.
