Google Bad Review (2):  This dealership was badly managed under Peter Ward when I purchased my vehicle and shockingly, is managed even poorly under David Stones.

We paid significantly over the market price for the vehicle on the understanding that we were purchasing from a reputable brand who value customer service. In reality, the salesman (Simon Lloyd) was just a pushy, commission-chasing jobsworth.

The vehicle was delivered to me damaged and went back to be repaired. The repair was not fully carried out and Peter Ward provided a written assurance that it would be rectified at a later date when it was convenient to me.

Fast forward and Peter Ward no longer works for the business, neither does Simon Lloyd. Their new Sales Manager, Joe Bradnam took charge of arranging for the vehicle to be repaired – he did a terrible job and did not respond to emails and did not make appropriate arrangements with his colleagues to receive the vehicle in his absence. In my subsequent discussions with Joe, he has lost his temper several times which served to embarrass the business highly. There are significant structural issues if the business repeatedly employs incompetent individuals to these roles.

I have attended the dealership several times to find staff members eating takeaway and dogs running around. There were also a lack of staff members during standard working hours.

One of their contractors damaged my vehicle significantly by swirling the paintwork and curbing two of the alloys. I did not notice the damage when he returned it to me in darkness at 9pm, despite an assurance that he would return the vehicle at 6pm. I have messages from the contractor when he said he was leaving at 6pm. David Stones is accepting no responsibility despite me providing a video when the vehicle was collected and a video after the vehicle was dropped off.

The vehicle has been in several times and they have still failed to clip the front bumper back in and have also failed to re-tint the taillights which were done poorly in the first instance.

I cannot recommend strongly enough that you avoid these dealerships or any future dealerships that see Joe Bradnam and David Stones working for them. They are their own bad reference who are backed up by a structurally deficient employer.
