Google Bad Review 1:  OMG, I wish that I had seen this before I hired them.

Appalling “service” that left my home looking like no one's been in.
They haven't even offered to return to do it properly.
This appears to be a scam company, taking money and not doing the job paid for.

I will be starting a chargeback against them. Does anyone have their insurance details, as they also damaged my flooring.

The pictures posted are AFTER they'd been to clean, cobwebs, dust, crumbs etc etc. And this was supposed to be a deep clean. I had to clean again after them, which defeated the whole point.

Please take heed of the reviews. This is NOT a CLEANING service.
Go elsewhere if you want the job done properly!

Google Bad Review (2):  This company also operates under the name of Top Cleaning Services. While the service provided is adequate, any attempt to get co-operation from these people is met with a wall of refusal – “Managers don't talk to customers” Maybe because they are scared to? We specified before starting a regular weekly cleaning service that we wanted the first week to be for 3 hours, the second for three and a half hours, when the common areas of the house in which the flat is located were to be cleaned in addition. We were correctly invoiced for two months and for the subsequent four months were invoiced for weekly sessions of three and a half hours. We deducted the overcharges when paying the invoices, and asked for a credit note to be issued to ensure that our accounts showed the correct payments made. We were told that the record would be checked and a credit note sent. It wasn't. Two months later we are now told that the company's system doesn't permit the provision of a service for differing hours on each occasion. When informed that this was the basis of the contract and that it had been correctly invoiced previously a blank refusal to acknowledge this was followed by an equally blank refusal to put me in touch with a senior member of the company. The person to whom i was speaking was arrogant and treated me as if I were a 6-year old who didn't understand her. I have subsequently been told that she would call me again, but am still waiting. And an email sent to the company for the attention of the MD remains unanswered. A bad way to treat customers.

Google Bad Review 1:  Booked them for EOT tenancy cleaning. Had to wait for them for 5 hours. They never even showed up and every time we called them they said someone was on the way. We lost a chunk of our deposit because of their incompetence. Not only did they not show up they kept us waiting for hours saying someone is on the way and after 5pm they stopped picking up. I’m honestly appalled. I never write reviews but if it helps some poor tenant keep their deposit I’m glad.

Google Bad Review (2):  Avoid at all cost! In the past month they either cancelled or didn't show up 5 times (yes once they did it twice in one week!). 4 out of those 5 times I was told the cleaner was in the hospital in such a serious condition they were unable to let us know they would not come. If this is genuine, then the level of serious sickness is so high, that you should not allow them in your home, and if it is not, they just take a micky out of their customers by using this excuse! Either way, avoid at all cost.

In addition, the cleaners work hard and efficiently and get a lot done in the allocated time. Graham and Claire in particular are very efficient in their work. They often work alongside my family and colleagues in my absence, so their friendly and approachable nature is also of great importance to me. I have recommended Bell Contracts to various family members, colleagues, and also my church, and they are also very happy with the service they receive.

Google Bad Review (2):  THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Payed for 4 hours and they stayed for 2!!
Meant to be a ‘deep clean' didn't even mop the floors! Just did a quick wipe and that's all nothing is properly clean…
Its only a 2 bedroom flat once I said I wasn't happy with them they didn't offer to clean what they was meant to clean! What I payed for them to do.
Would post pictures but not sure how to on Google reviews.
They done a STANDARD clean and not a DEEP clean I payed £130 and it was only worth maximum £30-£40. Don't use this company.

THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU TO HIRE MORE TIME WHEN YOU PAY FOR 4 HOURS WHEN THEY ONLY PROVIDE 2 HOURS OF WORK!!!

The owner was Hopeless and obviously this is a common reoccurrence
Wish I read the 1* reviews as they are all mimicking whats happend to me
I have mental health problems and really needed the help. Such a shame I now need to hire a cleaner to do the work that was suppose to be done in the first place !!
