Google Bad Review 1: I bought a sofa two weeks ago and after few days I realised me and my husband was having a some rashes in our body but I was not sure about it and I thought it’s from some food allergic .then it was continuous and I had a doubt about bed bugs .Then I start to check in my bed and clothes .I did not find anything .we both had all rashes only from backside and I start to look at the sofa but I couldn’t find out anything from front but I put the sofa upside down and saw so many of dead bugs and live ones I was shocked and I called Uxbridge branch and explained him about everything and he was refused to take and start to blame on me saying even bed bugs can come with our bags or anything .he gave me some one else number and told me he is a Area manager (Mark).when I even explained to him he rejected to refund or take the sofa back .its been two weeks and we both were working .we only stay home only weekend and the problem start the same weekend when we received the item .but the man from Uxbridge said if it’s one ,two day he could do something .in one day I coudnt find and who will think that we will buy a sofa with full of dead and live bugs .it can’t be old dead bugs staying in two weeks time .Really really disappointed.please be very careful when anyone is buying anything from there

Google Bad Review (2): I definitely wouldn't waste time and effort for this place. They start off being nice and polite when booking in a collection but then all negative experience from then on! Rude drivers that clearly cant be bothered to collect any items that are potentially too heavy (wooden dining table). They seem to expect brand new furniture wrapped in bubble wrap and still boxed from the factory! The furniture we had was in mint condition as it came from a home of a single older man who barely used any of it. No scratches, marks or scuffs at all! They are meant to be selling furniture to people who can not afford brand new – yet they expect brand new donations!!! The drivers were very rude over the phone and face to face!
