Google Bad Review 1: Definitely the worst veterinary service I have ever been to. I have paid for full blood test which they never did and said they won’t refund me my money as it was not their fault , just the fault of the laboratory. They shaved my Pomeranian Even though this breed cannot have their coat cut more than 1 cm from the skin. Also they sold me a big flea spray for £30 where on Amazon it costs £13 for the same product.
Phoebe also said to me “don’t you even think to breed your dog just because is an expensive breed” this kind of comment should not ever came out of any Vets mouth.
I’m very disappointed and will never come back again

Google Bad Review (2): I took our twin brothers for their yearly innoculation today. They are Russian Blues.
The vet referred to them in the female gender.
I gently pointed out they were boys.
” Didn't you know, they're girls, they have girls names ! ” I pointed out that Misha means Michael and Sasha means Alexander. They can be used for either gender. I pointed out they were neutered. ” Well they're practically female ” the vet said. I felt somewhat patronised by this experience, I must say. Rosemary Poole
