Google Bad Review:  What a complete waste of my time and (petrol) money. Went there to buy a car for my cousin. Car was not as advertised when I saw the car it was evident that it was damage repaired and not professionally done either. This was not written anywhere in the description and I couldn't tell when looking at pics as they were probably taken to hide the damaged areas. Obviously I didn't purchase it I wouldn't advise anyone to spend or even bother trusting what's written as I said was a waste of time. Better to spend your hard earned cash elsewhere

Google Bad Review (2):  Avoid! Bought a car from them. There were issues with the car, wanted them to fix it or returned it. End up in the small court, won the case, however, the company changed its name and I could not get the money back. The same people still working there.

Google Bad Review 1:  Very bad experience. Bought sink, was promised delivery on a certain day but they delayed by 1 day (and didn't bother to inform me). Had taken day off work to take the delivery. When it was delivered, it was sent by an old indian lady Harjeet (at 7pm) who I had to help carry to it out my car! Ridiculous.

Sink was fitted by my plumber but on same day it developed a fault – was leaking. Some hot shot wannabe from MBS Parminder (very arrogant) was sent to examine it (after calling 3 times) who arrived and confirmed the fault and agreed to replace it and promised to call me the next day. Of course he didn't call me and when I called back to ask why he was rude to me! Then a further 6 calls from me they finally sent their plumber to replace it (who couldn't speak much english and had trouble understanding everything I said plus his phone kept ringing!). Their plumber tried to convince me it was my plumbers fault! However he replaced it and promised to come back 2 days later to finish his work (he ran out of silicon!). Later that night I discovered that the hot water wasn't working. I called back 2 days in a row and was told I would be called by someone but guess what, no they didn't.
Eventually got hold of someone the following week (was refused to be put through to the owner) and was told that it wasn't their problem and that I was talking out my back side, his exact words. Very rude and arrogant man called Parminder (wannabe hotshot). I am disgusted at the level of service provided and the number of incompetent staff.

When I said I would get trading standards involved I was told to go ahead. Appalling!

As per the previous review, if you can bear with rather uneducated and abusive unprofessional staff then go for it. Otherwise I would stick to reputable stores which aren't owned by Indians who make up their own rules and are only there to rip you off and talk rubbish to you.

Stay away if you want a stress free experience.

The worst customer service experience ever. A complete load of fools with no idea how to run business!

Google Bad Review (2):  MBS are an absolute nightmare to do business with. Installation and quality of bathroom was of very poor quality. They provided cheap quality bathroom fittings that rusted and broke within weeks of fitting. The MBS bathroom installers (Mandeep and team) were useless and workmanship was of very poor quality. Shower leaked within days of installation. Pleaded with MBS and installers to sort out but they ignored my calls and refused to address the issues. Their promise of returning to sort out any issues is never honoured and you will never hear from them again. Be warned – do not use MBS!
