Google Bad Review:  The person who came was very professional but quite rude. I know that I booked him to look at the socket and he finished after 20 min. As I paid him for a whole hour, I asked him to look at a light switch that did not work properly. He got very aggressive and unpleasant and said he “was not booked for this”. He was was paid for a whole hour so he was still paid. He opened the light switch and said it would have to be replaced. Leylands is 6 min away from where I live in Notting Hill and he would have been in time to go there to get a new light switch which I’d have paid for of course. He refused and left and said that it “was not part of his job”. That was not only very unprofessional, but unacceptable. If someone is paid for a full hour, he has to work for that money especially if he charges 120£ per hour.

I LOVE TRAVELLING, I LOOK FOR BUDGET. THIS TIME I MADE A BIG MISTAKE. I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL, WE SAW A RAT. THERE WAS INSECTS EVERYWHERE, I DIDNT FIRST MIND, BUT WHEN I ATE BREAKFAST, I SAW A BUG. I THEN VOMITTED, AND FELT SICK, I WENT TOILET. I DID DIAREEA. I TOLD THE INDIAN STAFF ABOUT THIS (THEY ARE A FAMILY), THEY DIDNT CARE, THEY TOLD ME TO SHUT UP, I WAS SHOCKED AT THE POOR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM A VERY KIND PERSON. I THEN HAD OTHER GUEST COME IN WHO ALSO COMPLAINED, THE LADY THEN SAID RACIST THINGS TO ME. THIS FAMILY IS VERY ARRANGANT, THEY PRETEND TO BE KIND, BUT INCE THEY HAVE MONEY, GAME OVER. THEY EVEN SAID TO ME “THEY DONT CARE ABOUT REVIEWS, BECAUSE THEY WILL ALSO WRITE REVIEW, SAYING WE ARE LYING” I CANT BELEIVE THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO DO THIS.
On my last day there was a big fight with other hotels next door, and other guests. None of the other hotels like Picton House, apparantly this family owners are dangerous, they have poor bad dirty reputation.

Arriving at the hotel they told us that the rooms were only for 3 people, so they moved us to another building they owned, but a hostel. The room was for 6 with 3 bunk beds. Cookies eaten at the reception. Bathroom with non-functioning light.

Servizio davvero scadente. Prenotazione effettuata su booking inizialmente per 3 persone prima della pandemia. Spostata due anni dopo, per 4 persone. Arrivati all’hotel ci hanno detto che le camere erano solo per 3 persone, perciò ci hanno spostato in un altro edificio di loro proprietà, ma un ostello. La camera era da 6 con 3 letti a castello. Biscotti mangiucchiati in reception. Bagno con la luce non funzionante.

Google Bad Review:  As soon as I entered the hotel I was assaulted by a employee of the hotel. I was barged by the shoulder, and knocked to the ground. All my bags fell on the floor and burst open, and when it did burst open, some Romanian chap came and took my belongings. All I was left with was my daughters princess repunsal tooth brush. But this was in very bad condition and we were planning on buying a new one.

Then my daughter got taken by a large Indian man working at the hotel. He took out a kitchen knife he had nabbed from the kitchen (where he worked), for my recent experiences I would like to have a FULL refund, and a free holiday to the Bahamas.

P.S. can I have my daughter back we couldn't afford the ransom since our things got taken.
