Google Bad Review 1: Avoid at all costs!!! I would give less than one star if I could.
After having braces for more than one year, when she removed the braces guess what: HALF TEETH WAS BLACK!!!! Basically half tooth was decayed even though I have paid during that time for a filling(the issue was minor as the teeth were not straight and was kept under control).
This person would never remove the glue or however is called, she did it just superficially.
I have asked for my before picture to challenge the final result but they never replied to me.
Even now I suffer the consequences of choosing such a low service and I do not recommend!!!!!
When I said I am not happy dr Mann asked me to pay if I want veneers what?!?!? After insisting she did a filling which was looking absolutely horrific.
My tooth were not straight but at least were healthy!
Before booking you should look at the before and after pictures.

Google Bad Review (2): Rating 1 star because I travelled from Bristol to London just to be told the Dentist isn't trained enough to straighten my teeth.
Initially, I asked for a video consultation and had photos prepared to show all details about my bite, teeth, etc, but the receptionist said I must come. Paid the consultation fee, travelled with high hopes, got there, filled a very detailed 5 page questionnaire, but all the consultation was only awkward. Was prompted with “why are you here today?” Well, I was hoping at least to know about my intentions. Explained that I wanted to straighten my teeth and after a very 5 min look at my teeth was told by the Doctor she isn't trained enough to do it. My last disappointment came only after. I was told by the Doctor she will refer me to a specialist and just wait for her e-mail. The receptionist also told me “wait for our e-mail and take it from there”.
Well, nothing has happened afterwards.
No communication, no follow-up, no help.
Wasted time, travel, money.
I could just be told that though a video consultation.
