Google Bad Review 1: If I can give this clinic a 0, I will. I had my first session for laser hair removal here and I didnt get any results at all. Ive had 10 sessions of laser hair removal in another country using the same machine that this clinic has and ive got great results but not in this clinic. I have pcos so I still have hairs in my neck but the therapist still chose to give me very low settings of 5, it was not even painful at all and it is supposed to be a bit painful because if it’s not, that only means they use a very low setting and it wont do anything for your hair follicles at all so its useless. She even was so fast that she missed a lot of spots, and she is not even putting the laser head flat on my skin for it to be effective. I can compare with my previous therapist in Saudi who was very excellent. This lady doesnt even care if she is giving effective laser treatments. After 1 week, my hair grew and it didnt even fall off even after 2 weeks. My hairs didnt fall off at all, it is still there so I end up shaving them all again. I feel that it is there agenda, they will use very low settings so that their clients will come back over and over again. The goal should be to give maximum results to help them gain their self esteem and confidence but instead their goal is to rip people off their money. I am not satisfied at all. I paid more than 200 pounds for nothing. I just wasted it all. I am really just frustrated. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. Please save your money and find another clinic. They will fool you into saying it should be painless. No it shouldnt be painless. If it is then it is nothing, it is useless just like what happened to me. More than 200 pounds down the drain.

Google Bad Review (2): I bought a treatment via website. Couldn’t schedule it over the phone and had to book a free consultation. Came all the way there to hear that the lady named Alex (which I am not sure even if it’s her real name) refusing me a consultation, because I was suggesting to have a look at my skin with her naked eye and give some recommendations instead of reading out the questions from her iPad that I had just answered. She Was shouting that there is no child policy in their clinic. (I came there with my son, because it was just a chat to schedule my treatment, not a treatment itself). Moreover while leaving the consultation room she hit the stroller with my son with the door without even apologizing. and on top of that lied at the reception that I was demanding a treatment from her.
I normally tend not to write bad reviews, bcz everyone might have too much going on in life. But this situation still makes me upset, when I think of it.
