Google Bad Review 1: Caters are great, well most of them anyway, but the managers and people in the office couldn't organise a possum in a brewery, my mother with dinentia has been left without a fooshop for over a fortnight, they take advantage of her illness and do anything but care!

Google Bad Review (2): Worst experience ever working for them. I did my training with them and after, I did 2 days shadowing no pay, 11 hours per day without any break. Running into the houses, arriving late most of the time. The patients complained about that, the managers do the rota with only five minutes between houses when I needed at least 15 minutes to arrive.
They didn't send me any information about the payment and when I saw all the hours I would work during the shadowing I thought it was pay. Poor me. I spent a lot of money in buses that I don't have, and when they sent me the payment information the shadowing was only between 8 or 20 hours, they want me to do 26 hours that I said no. slavery in the 21st century.
