Google Bad Review 1: We booked via email 2 men and a van for collection and deliveries between 3 addresses.
one of the collections was for a sofa to be taken out of a property and delivered to a new property, During the removal they damaged a door badly, leaving the door with a hole in it. Although the 2 men at the time admitted fault, when I dealt with the situation with office staff, I was told that they had now changed their mind and denied causing the damage. I have been trying to resolve ever since and have had no answer on landline or mobile, no returning of my calls after I left messages and also no response from my emails either. We are now going to have to take this further, as their insurance company will only discuss once Easy Man and Van have logged the damage, but this is not being done, We have advised the home owner to take this to the police as a criminal damage complaint, Such a shame as this could have been resolved very quickly and at low cost to them.

Google Bad Review (2): ZERO STARS. I don't even want to give them 1 star. Absolutely appalling service. Despite having booked 1 and a half weeks in advance, I was called the night before the move to ask if I could change the time to 9am, to which I eventually agreed. They then decided to cancel my booking giving me no reason. It sounded like they got a better job offer that would get them more money and they went with that, despite already having committed to me. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
