Google Bad Review 1: Just visited this store. Little interest in engaging with me until my husband was present and as Saturday was his admin day. Nice product selection but many condescending comments for what should be a nice personal local service. Rarely left a store feeling so unwelcome and dismissed. A real shame as I like to support local specialist stores.

Google Bad Review (2): Utterly disappointing and unprofessional. After reading reviews, I booked a survey appt with ‘Shafique' who confirmed an appt time. Around an hour before I got a call from him saying he is stuck in another appt and will be with me 1.5 hrs later than planned and if anything changes, he will let me know. 1.5hrs later, I have not heard from him. He is not returning my text or calls, even though he called me, and when I picked up, he disconnected the call. After calling the office, I was told ‘he will come as soon as he finishes his meeting' and when I challenged that I cannot just wait around and need a time, the office with a frustrated tone said ‘in one hour'. At this point, I lost confidence in this company and if this is how the survey is transpiring, I would rather not use this unprofessional and cowboy style interaction. Like I said, a very disappointing and frustrating interaction. Not acceptable.
