Google Bad Review 1: One of the movers (who happens to be the brother of the owner) STOLE cash from one of the handbags being packaged. Not only that, the team managed to break one of the desks and reassemble the wardrobe incorrectly.
No longer registered with the BAR (as opposed to their T&C's), insurance doesn't cover cash (or so they claim) and hey, they told us to report it to the police as if there is any piece of evidence for the police to do anything. AVOID AVOID AVOID
EDIT: The owner response suggests that I am lying for the sake of £300 or so, quite naive given that we paid them thousands for their services so not after a small discount here Scott. We have informed the police and the police confirmed there is nothing they can do. Not avoiding the police, this is a factual and very true review of services received and as you can see, the owner is quite defensive. I did use them before, and I regret using them again.
