Google Bad Review 1:  Absolute disgrace, cant get anyone on the phone, changed case handler god knows how many times, in fact I don't even know who is dealing with my case. Long story short car accident, given these clowns to sort everything out the other insurers legal team sent a letter accepting fault on the same day as the accident, 1y 3m still no settlement. Going to obtain advice about a change of council, absolute shocking service.

Google Bad Review (2):  Slater Gordon breached all legal probity by entering my name on papers against my express instructions. I received repeated unauthorised emails. My emails to them and their complaints department went unanswered. When I phoned up, I could not speak to anyone and was promised return calls which never came. Over a year of trying to get them to remedy their error, I managed to get just two return calls. I was misled, lied to and ignored, and finally sent an email threatening me with legal costs if I didn't complete paperwork which I should never have been sent.

I am not some nutcase with a grudge, just an ordinary person who became entangled in their inefficient system by their mistake. It took a year to get the matter sorted and an apology. The compensation of a few quid for the hours and hours I spent trying to sort this has never arrived.

Slater Gordon do not have systems in place to deal with errors on their part – not systems that work, or that anyone cares about, anyway. Their customer service is, in my experience, non-existent.

Google Bad Review 1:  I was signed up to Berkeley Legal Group for conveyancing service in Feb this year. Little did I knew, my case was delegated to one of their sub-group law firm called Marshall Hall Levy. They did not acknowledge my case and never updated with me after I signed and paid part of the fee. I thought I was scammed one stage. As anxious as i was I asked my friend's help, who rang John Webster, the lawyer and his assistant Laurie Meeks on my behalf while I was busy working for NHS. To my shock, I received an email from Laurie Meeks on that day, saying they would not deal with my case any more because my friend was aggressive to them on the phone. My friend used to work in high position in a company. He is used to be assertive with his telephone manner. But he is highly educated man but not aggressive and rude person by nature as I know him for many years. All in all, they dropped my case on this ground ( my friend being rude to them) after WASTING FIVE WEEKs of precious time!
What's more, they have NOT refunded the fee they said they were going to so far after 3 time asking in the past 2 months.

In general, my experience tells me, they are very unprofessional, self-regulated, to the extent of childish behaviour. They have no sense of client care or obligation.

Google Bad Review 1:  An extremely poor service all in all. If it was possible to give them a zero score I would have definitely chosen that choice. Mansouri and sons is a a group of cons and charlatans that have no working ethics, legal knowledge of quality or any customer service skills whatsoever. They make fake promises and working plans for you in the introduction session to get your money. They pretend to have years of experience. All lies!! After you pay them the money you see their true face!! They completely change and all the promises and set plans disappear. They deliberately prolong the process by going round useless and vicious circles just to get more and more money from you. They copy and paste publicly available information about legal matters from the web in their paperwork and emails and charge you astronomically for those basic and trivial information!! They do not answer to your emails, messages or phone calls and completely ignore your case for months and months. They later threaten that any emails and phone calls will be highly billed and later create fake and highly questionable bills with so many irrelevant and non-existing items. They are supposed to follow the SRA code of practice but they do not. They are a firm of con and indecent people. My suggestion to anyone wanting to use these firm for legal cases is to think twice and AVOID them. They have poor service quality, are irresponsible and are simply useless and indecent.

Google Bad Review (2):  Before starting my own review I suggest to anyone wanting to work with these solicitor firm to just search “Mansouri and sons reviews” and be astonished by the very poor reviews and scores for this firm they see. These people are total cons and delete the negative reviews on their own firm website so search wider.

Now into my review: I had a very bad experience with these people. It was in a particularly difficult stage of my life and these solicitor firm added more to my problems, headaches and complications by being so greedy, incredibly unprofessional and having such a low and poor working standards. Only the introduction consultation went well. They tried to impress me with very high standards, promises and full focus and achievements and professionalism. After getting the money they completely changed. They did not fulfil any of their promises and did not follow any of the procedures and plans they had promised and just wasted time with irrelevant circular steps and suggestions to get more and more money. They ignored the case for long periods and worse did not answer emails or phone calls or messages. I am surprised such a firm can work in UK where one naturally expects quality and standards are of an acceptable level. This firm has absolutely below standard customer service. They make up bills out of nothing for huge costs with highly false, inappropriate and fake items. These people are not trustworthy and have no quality, integrity or working standards. Avoid them all together and take your job to a decent solicitor firm. Mansouri and sons only rub you off your money and after six months you are still at the same place you started. I have complained to the legal ombudsman and SRA and suggest anyone who has been deceived by these people to do the same too.
