Google Bad Review 1:  l tried to book a chickenpox vaccine for my child. CDC Guidelines and Barnet travel clinics own website clearly state that this vaccine can be administered ON THE SAME DAY or 4 WEEKS APART from the MMR vaccine. However I was refused an appointment either 4 weeks before or on the same day. The pharmacist did not know they guidelines clearly, and despite me pointing to CDC.GOV website and the pharmacy’s own website which clearly states the policy, 2 reception staff felt it acceptable to very rudely and persistently dish out incorrect medical advice (that it is not safe to do it on the same day or 4 weeks before). They also suggested that I have no medical knowledge, when in fact I am a doctor. I feel very sad for patients who cannot stand up for themselves. I have now booked at superdrug where the pharmacist knew immediately that there is no problem getting it on the same day or 4 weeks before. Therefore I no longer have confidence in this pharmacist’s knowledge or ability to look up guidelines before making decisions. Also his staff were rude, instead of being apologetic they had a frustrating “computer says no” attitude. When I pointed out that you cannot just make up your own medical guidelines I was told to go elsewhere and hung up on, this was completely unprofessional.

Google Bad Review 1:  I done a pcr test for covid done with them and was promised results within 48 hours but to no avail.
The company charges a lot of money and fits you in easily for a test but lies on the turnaround. There should be no excuse as it serious matters and should charge according to the length of time they will provide results. I had my anxiety level shot up due to them keep delaying the turnaround.

Google Bad Review (2):  Just…don't. If youre able to hear the receptionist. Then she has at least not a clue about anti-retroviral medication. (Basic course of medical knowledge could not harm at all). The price for only consultation is £120 (wich is weird because i see another review saying £60) also another review of someone explaining his/her situation about pain medication. Of what the owner replied to with one simple sentince “we dont prescribe addictive drugs” that allready told me that i would not have gotten my nasal spray against my epileptic seizures since that's a benzodiazapam. Be smart go to NHS (they advise me to call 111) this is not an option for an avarage working class person.

Google Bad Review (2):  Its a real disappointment that the NHS can allow this kind of operation to continue without challenge. The reception area is like a scene from Chernobyl, its dirty and unkempt.

The area that this is in is central, with a mix of residential and commercial properties. However it would be fair to say that although the area is quite safe it has a ghetto feel, as does the medical practice. Clearly nobody in the council gives a toss about the local community.

Appearances aside, the medical care I have received here has been insulting. The reception staff are arrogant and with the exception of one single doctor the medical staff are just plain useless and some are incompetent. There is literally no ownership taken, they do as little as it is possible to get away with.

The problem that the NHS has with slum-hole medical practices like this is that no decent doctor would agree to work there. A better system would be a draft, good doctors get picked by the worst practices, if not you basically end up with Clerkenwell Medical practice.

If you can, avoid.

The company charges a lot of money and fits you in easily for a test but lies on the turnaround. There should be no excuse as it serious matters and should charge according to the length of time they will provide results. I had my anxiety level shot up due to them keep delaying the turnaround.

(Basic course of medical knowledge could not harm at all). The price for only consultation is £120 (wich is weird because i see another review saying £60) also another review of someone explaining his/her situation about pain medication. Of what the owner replied to with one simple sentince “we dont prescribe addictive drugs” that allready told me that i would not have gotten my nasal spray against my epileptic seizures since that's a benzodiazapam. Be smart go to NHS (they advise me to call 111) this is not an option for an avarage working class person.

Google Bad Review 1:  I attended an appointment at this clinic on a thursday. I was given the name of someone to contact regarding ongoing treatment however she had no availability. I emailed the clinic back the next day to ask for the name of someone else to see and was told to await a response. 1 week later and despite several emails being sent, I am still waiting. This is very poor service for a clinic that charged me almost £500 for a one hour consultation.

Google Bad Review (2):  Terrible customer service. I would not use this clinic again. A warning for potential customers.
1) The clinic overcharged me for an appointment I had with a specialist. It took five months of continuous chasing to get them to give any sort of refund for the amount overcharged, at which point they refused to refund the full overcharge as the specialist had part of the money (despite the fact that they had taken the payment from me directly)
2) Misdiagnosed a fractured collarbone in my 2 year old son. it was only when he was still hurting three weeks later and we took him to a specialist at UCL that we go the right answer.
