Google Bad Review:  Kundi Garage was not clear with their charges prior the repair and ask me to pay cash to get a discount on VAT and when I asked for receipt they told me that we can’t give you a receipt if you pay cash and if I want receipt I need to pay VAT on top so I had no option but to pay £790 cash. I will not go back as they already overpriced for charging £60 per hour for labour other garage will do the same job for much cheaper and will give me receipt for the major work carried on my car.

They will be the bottom of the pile and probably used for hire cars whilst awaiting sale. A friend did and we are fighting them for our money back which we are entitled to. Oh as yo hiring cars not a good idea. Whoever put on here about the time/ wing mirror trick yep they do it! Person in front of me was just having to pay to go get extra fuel and then was over his return time on return yet said he’d already fuelled up to the required level. ! Don’t go to this place unless you want to find money flying out of your pocket

Google Bad Review:  I am not going back for sure. I was not the lucky enough like others.
Took car for MOT which had 4 failures as below.

1) Nearside front shock absorber has a serious fluid leak(2.7.3)
2) Offside front shock absorber has a serious fluid leak(2.7.3)
3) Offsidefront suspension arm ball joint dust cover excessively damaged so that it no longer prevents the ingress of dirt(2.4.G.2)
4) Parking brake:efficiency below requirements(3.7.B.7)

These costed me way beyond what could one expect. £624 in total, Out of which £270 + VAT which was total £324 just for labor and parts which were £210 but they added VAT on top so parts which if I would have bought myself costed me just £210 costed total £252 an extra £42.

I was told that the job wasn't simple and the parts were rusty and took more time than expected, but again £324 just for labor is way expensive BMW itself might charge that much.

I was told when the MOT failed they would fix I shouldn't worry, they would check price of parts and let me know, they never called me to provide a price, I didn't hear from them so I called at around 04:30 PM and they then advised after whole day gone, ‘your car has been on a mission' it would be costly fix around £500 this was a shock to me but did I had any option now? I was not given any impression it would be this high a cost before they started working on it, when I initially enquired I was told £50 for MOT and £125 + VAT = £150 for full service, so if full service which is basically 3 hrs long costs just £150 how come doing say 4-5 hrs max on that day put labor cost to £324,

Word of advise for anyone take estimate of any work needed to be done, double check upfront there labor per hour cost. I was told the labor cost is £60 + VAT, that’s just gigantic.

My regular garage guy doesn't do MOT hence I took this to Headstones and when they said it has failed I said okay please fix it.

The most disappointing thing I was not informed about gigantic cost upfront, if it was going to cost that much they should tell before going ahead and proceeding with any work, I called at 04:30 in evening and telling, oh that will cost you £500'sh is pretty bad. I should have the option to decide if I want to spend that much money on repairs or not.

However work they say but £624 is not justified for above failures as well.

I will never come back.

Google Bad Review:  Kundi Garage was not clear with their charges prior the repair and ask me to pay cash to get a discount on VAT and when I asked for receipt they told me that we can’t give you a receipt if you pay cash and if I want receipt I need to pay VAT on top so I had no option but to pay £790 cash. I will not go back as they already overpriced for charging £60 per hour for labour other garage will do the same job for much cheaper and will give me receipt for the major work carried on my car.

Google Bad Review:  I was working away in London when car broke down. Although they said they were too busy, I explained my predicament and they did make the effort to fit me in and get my car back on the road. Sadly they not only massively overcharged me for the minimal work needed, but also tried to rip me off for £500 of unnecessary repairs (checked out since return home). When I suspected this to be the case I told them not to do the repairs, so they charged me for “re-fitting my old parts” – be careful, make sure you know exactly what you need repairing before approaching this garage!!
