They offered me to give me my refund, which was rightfully mine, in return for me taking down this review. Will never happen. Funny how a bunch of positive reviews suddenly appeared… uhmmm…maybe she offered the same deal?
DO NOT leave your dogs here. I had the worst experience with my two Westies. She lost one in the park for a few hours, I had to go there and find him myself, and then a week later she casually mentioned that she had found a “piece of wood in his paw”. If I hadn't asked for a picture, I would have never known how badly infected it was, her response was “infections go as easily as they come”. I had to book an emergency vet appointment. The paw was severely infected, they had to do x-rays to look at the bone, clearly had been that way for a few days but she was too negligent to notice, or to express it. This meant I had to take him back and nurse him for 7 days with strong antibiotics. His paw still hurts and it's been a few weeks.

She also had no idea which dog was which, and asked 3 days after their arrival, even though one has dietary restrictions… They were dirty most of the time. She had no idea of their medical history and scares with horses, even though she asks you to fill up a form, which is completely a waste of your time. Also, she kept requesting I send food. Eventually I asked why it was finishing so fast (as I know how long it should last, and I sent her their measuring cup), it was then I noticed she had been feeding them double the amount they required!

I had to abruptly stop their stay with her because I was actually afraid for their well-being. This was highly inconvenient of course. She refused to give the appropriate refund, literally refunded me less than a day, even though it was supposed to be many days. This was highly unprofessional as you'd think after this awful experience she'd at least refund me as per her contract, particularly when I had to pay a lot for the vet. She claimed she bought them a chicken once… (Apparently chickens cost £200+). She lost their leads and refused to refund me for them, instead sent me cheap ones on the mail. Worst of all, she was rude and aggressive when I pointed all of this out to her. Had her team not spoken to her, she would have never apologised, which she didn't at the time she lost him, or at the vet.

I only left them there because I really needed the help, and it was so awful. I've had to travel and leave them with other carers, and it's always been wonderful. My dogs are super well behaved and they honestly came back traumatised. My little one doesn't enjoy showers, but when he came home I had to shampoo him 7 times, and I've never seen him so relaxed. He was clearly uncomfortable with his dirty state.
