Google Bad Review (2): Rude employee, incredibly horrible, I ordered a product for collection, when I arrived the 1st thing she did was ask me for id, can a man not groom himself to look neat and tidy without being viewed as someone who's young. When did someone need id to purchase a product such as poker chips. This company policy is utter rubbish, you can buy grooming pieces without any id that can be used to self inflict yourself or someone else. Yet poker chips, different story, it's apparently more harmful to others. Well, here's to the future, amazon prime here we go. Just advice, or an insult, Amazon prime, here I go, I won't be needing any id to purchase something like this will I now? However this only ended me in waiting 0 days + paying a fee to get a delivery today and ended with your store having a negative feedback. I do hope it was worth it. The only store where they know how to mistreat people in terms of service, never greet customers or anything of the sorts.
