Google Bad Review:  Purchased my sons first two unicycles from oddballs and then we ordered the Giraffe Unicycle. Following this the pedals became loose and cross threaded. Contacted Oddballs as they were showing the crank set on the website however they said they were not in stock. They then contacted me to inform they had found the correct part which I paid for and ordered, however when it arrived it was the wrong part. There was no offer of a refund however they did agree to try and find the correct part. Over 12 months later I was contacted by James from Customer Services who sent me a link to a supplier in China and I ordered the part only to find out that the supplier was a scam. I contacted Oddballs again to make them aware of this and they informed there was nothing they could do. They then email to state they do have the same Indy Giraffe unicycle in stock if i want to purchase again, knowing they can not get the replacement parts for something they previously mentioned was a common fault. Customer Services is extremely poor and I would avoid buying anything from this company as you will not be supported should you have an issue. AVOID
