I Registered and yes, hands up due to some unavoidable personal issues (delayed house move clash & elderly disabled Father with serious heart condition!) I unintentionally missed my Appt.
I did not get a Text Reminder (although I was told I did?!) and of course that would have served as a ‘welcome prompt' to perhaps re-arrange but I do also understand it was my responsibility.
I therefore offered to pay for the missed Appt but was told of the ‘One Strike & Your Out' Rule. However, I was then asked and encouraged to write direct to Ms Tse which I did. I was genuinely very apologetic, ate a huge slice of humble pie and again offered to pay and would be very grateful for 2nd Chance.
I then had to wait for the ‘No Way Hose … ‘One Strike & Your Out' Letter so, clearly ‘someone' was out to simply waste my time which I felt was really rather mean mined and churlish given I was happy to ensure the ‘SMILE' Dental Practice was not out of pocket.
Very disappointing and rather unprofessional and sounds more like a ‘SAD' Dental Practise to me … 🙁
