Google Bad Review 1:  (Translated by Google) Quite okay for one night, if you want to stay longer you can just as easily sleep in a tent, which probably requires more comfort. We were there for 7 days.

Breakfast was awful and very little choice, even the English breakfast didn't make it any better.
Noise from st. and from the hospital opposite, provided the window opens a crack, in the hotel it is probably normal to turn the air conditioning on fully, except in the bathroom, where it was generally around 38 degrees.

The horrific situation in Germany I think you would call something like a problem area.

Oh and from 7 days we only had free wifi for 5 days, so if you are traveling on business, you should plan extra costs for the internet, even if it is advertised with free wifi

The only plus point was that there was security service at the door around the clock and that the staff (apart from the cleaning staff) made an effort.

Für eine Nacht ganz okay, sollte man länger dort bleiben wollen kann man genauso gut in einem Zelt schlafen das bittet vermutlich mehr Komfort. Waren 7 tage dort.

Frühstück war grauenvoll und sehr geringe auswahl auch das English Breakfast hat es nicht besser gemacht.
Lärm von der str. und vom Krankenhaus gegenüber, vorrausgesetzt das Fenster geht nen Spalt auf, in dem Hotel ist es wohl normal die Klimaanlage voll aufzudrehen, außer im Bad wo es grundsätzlich circa 38 grad waren.

Die Lage grauenvoll in Deutschland denke ich würde man sowas als Problembezirk bezeichnen.

Ach und von 7 tagen hatten wir 5 tage nur Freies Wlan also falls sie geschäftlich Reisen, sollten sie extra Kosten fürs Inet einplanen auch wenn es mit Free Wifi beworben wird

Einzige Pluspunkt war das es rund um die Uhr nen Security Service an der Tür gab und das dass Personal (abgesehen von der Putzkraft) sich Mühe gegeben hat.

Google Bad Review 1:  Not worth it. Arrived and told there is no wi-fi. Reception blamed Virgin for the wifi. I asked whether my price will be discounted because of lack of wifi. Reception declined. I asked if I could speak with the manager, reception said there was no manager on shift. I asked if there was any assistant manager or a phone number where I could speak to anybody responsible. Recwption said no, that everybody had day off. Why did I made a fuss about lack of wifi? Because I needed to do some work and I wanted a hotel with wifi. Reception did say that there is a PC in the lobby with internet access. That is not feasible, nor comfortable or acceptable. I had to buy additional GB on my mobile then connect my laptop to my hotspot. Then I found out that breakfast doesn't start until 07:00. I had to catch a coach early in Victoria, so it meant I couldn't have breakfast. Any half decent hotel would start at 6am if not earlier. Again, I had booked a room with breakfast… The barhroom had a bad smell from the vent. Also, the room floor was unnecesarilly and annoyingly slippery. Floor not very clean either… Finally, condescending and sometimes blank stares from the reception staff. ‘Yes Sir, No Sir, I don't know Sir', etc etc. Broken record replies probably thought to the staff by the managers. But you know what? It is our fault because we keep chosing these cheap places. We should work harder, earn more in order to chose more expensive hotels. It is us who keep these establishments in business. Same as we keep airlines like Ryanair in business although they mop the floor with us. Call it a rant, fine with me, but that's where we're heading. Cheaper services and zero quality. I hope I will be able to do without them as soon as possible.
