Google Bad Review 1:  Website crashed out in booking process twice. I was billed twice for four tickets and no refund. My confirmation emails were found later in my spam email. To be fair they have responded to my emails but be careful of website crashes in booking process.

Google Bad Review (2):  First time ordering tickets with them and will NEVER use them again and DO NOT recommend! They had an error on their website and sent me the wrong tickets, then wanted me to buy new tickets in order to get the correct tickets instead of just sending me the correct tickets. Staff and management were not helpful either, rude and dismissive and claimed I could not have a refund and the only way to get new tickets was to purchase new ones. It took a long time, several emails and follow-up calls before someone kindly LISTENED (Thank you Danielle) and I finally got the correct tickets sent without having to purchase additional tickets. I would have given no stars if that was an option. For peace of mind go elsewhere!
