Google Bad Review 1:  Bought a phone and within a few minutes in the shop, it has a problem with the screen. Gave back to them and they said they are going to replace it. Still waiting for them to replace or return my money, it is almost one month now. Visited the shops at least 20 times still no news on the phone or money, due to this I had to take up with the citizen advice and a lot of hassle ..

Not recommended please do not buy anything from here.

Google Bad Review (2):  DO NOT SHOP HERE – YOU WILL REGRET IT

Less Than One Star – Avoid at all costs!!!

1 – Took an iPhone 5 there that had an unresponsive screen. They “fixed” it and it worked for three weeks. I took it back for repair again, worked for 2 days before the camera stopped working. This was the the 1st time there was ever problems with the camera.

2 – Purchased an S7 case. Got home to find it was a terrible fit to the point where the headphone jack was half covered by the case and there were holes in all the wrong places. Swapped it for an alternative.

3 – Purchase an S7 tempered screen protector – Awful. Came unstuck after less than 2 days. Returned to the with my complaint and agreed, after a heated argument to purchase a new screen protector at cost price of £3… The original item was £10!!!

For points 2 and 3 – When I returned for refunds/replacements the customer service was terrible. One guy was rude and unhelpful. He suggested that I could refund or replace my products because the person that served me was not working that day. He also lied and said the manager was not in.

I assume that on a normal day they get away with mugging people off. Unfortunately for them I was going to be victim.

DO NOT SHOP HERE – YOU WILL REGRET IT

Their products are terribly low quality.

Plenty of other options very close by in Woolwich.
