Google Bad Review 1:  Very disappointed! Firstly online menu is completely wrong. Food was cold and fried tofu inedible. Price online was £19.50 however was charged £21.50. Hardly any food for the price and tasted the same. I'll stick to our usual Indian restaurant from now on.

Google Bad Review (2):  Phoned on Wednesday at 2155, according to menu open till 2230. I phoned to place a order for delivery and once i said delivery they said they couldn't hear me and hung up. So i phoned them back and said i would like to place a order for delivery, i was told in no uncertain terms we're closed, i said its 2200 and on your menu it says you close at 2230 on a Wednesday, no were closed thats it and they hung up again.
Make your own mind up weather to order from them or leave your phone number with them so they can phone you and tell you when to order at what and when to collect.
I have never been treated like this by any establishment in the last 30 years.

Google Bad Review (2):  There's a few things to remember before eating here:
-food is tasty
-portions are very small
-it's expensive
-they don't take cash
-they want you to pay via scanning QR code on your phone
-they look at you suspiciously if you tell them your phone doesn't scan QR (the waitress looked rudely at us and told us that all phones scan QR codes nowadays) so be careful if you don't have a smartphone
-they don't take cash and you have to politely ask them to pay by card, which they don't like either. Essentially they're one step ahead towards a cashless society, which makes this place unworthy of my time and money.
-overall a bad experience, 0 respect towards customers who PAY to eat here.
-I don't recommend this place, there's tons of way better options out there.

I was told by her on my first encounter whilst paying by card that I ‘could tip’ I was gobsmacked as she had just about been civil to my family and friends.
My tip was ‘better customer service please’
For sure this is no isolated incident.
Maybe they are becoming complacent as it hss become quite popular as food is generally good. My daughter loves the kids menu.
This so called mangeress behaves in a manner which beggars belief.
I will not return as my on my last visit she very. Rudely told me that my daughter (who has eaten kids meal each time we go) that she could not have the kids meal?? It’s s set meal ?? No more or less regardless of age??my daughter is 13yrs when I asked for an explanation as there is nothing on the menu which states this she just walked away. I have previously ordered my daughter a takeaway childs meal before it could have potentially been for an adult ? absolutely ridiculous.
Restaurant was mostly empty only 2 other diners and most importantly we have ordered kids meal on each occasion so what’s changed
On principle we left and will not return, I will not recommend to friends, colleagues or family
A terrible representation of a generally good eatery
