Google Bad Review:  I've had a remote office with Virtually There for just under two years and I have finally decided to canncel my subcription due to a second issue regarding post. Very important EU tax documents have been sent to my remote office and have been ignored for over a week, after time has elapsed the “Royal Mail” delivery slip has been scanned/emailed to me and I have tried for the last 4 days to get in contact with the team to shed some light about how I go about obtaining these documents. I have been told that I am to chase and follow the detailing on the Slip. Understandable to a degree, but I then ask the question what exactly am I paying for per month?

I too am still racking my head around that. Overall I don't believe the service is worth the subription and would feint the use of caution for anyone is deciding on obtaing a remote office via the subjects at hand.

Google Bad Review (2):  Terrible service stay away people. Because of these guys my company is showing up as dissolved as they have failed to forward any important documents from Company House to us and from HMRC for past 8 months. Also for several days we were out of business because they couldn't be bothered to change a simple phone number on their system even after calling them several times. Not a single phone call back from them yet, it's sick to see how unprofessional they are. See you in court Virtually There.
