Discussing workmanship

Discussing workmanship, we've never seen such disrespectful work in my mother's home or anyone's home.

Take good look at these photos because they are a representation of the works carried out by City Fibre.
A manager had visited twice though out this installation so was fully aware of the standard of work being carried out.

Shocking installation of boxes, wires and plugs.
Plaster gouged out of wall in two places, box mounted half way up the wall unlevel, wire tacks hammered into skirting board back to front and twisted by a woman who was actually showing 3 other trainees what to do, very worrying indeed as this woman had no skills, logic or common sense, my mother had to make a complaint instantly as she felt her decor was damaged and the black boxes and leads just left hanging half way up the wall was totally unacceptable and very unsightly.
No one cleaned up the mess instead just trod everything into the carpet.
My mother asked a member of staff to call a the manager, she was told someone would turn up within a few hours.
No manager turned up but another technician from City Fibre arrived away to take complaint, he was so much more polite and respectful, arriving back early next morning to redo the job, he made a much neater and more acceptable job.
My mother and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
It's a simple solution on how you can improve, do not have inexperienced staff teaching trainees, particularly ones that speak to trainees in a patronizing manner.
If you're going to have 7 people arrive into an elderly person's property then you must inform them before hand so they can have a family member to comfort them because it is totally overwhelming and a very upsetting experience.
A formal complaint will be sent to City Fibre and Vodafone.
Shocking service absolutely shocking.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very poor service to our company. In the first weeks of the service the line outtage has been almost constant and we have temporarily fallen back on our previous provider. We are awaiting remedy, have been for 7 days, however it all appears to be just poor lip service as the failed performance continues. Be wary about engaging them and committing.
