Google Bad Review 1: I ordered a Galaxy z fold 3 from them. Before I put the order, I called to them and ask if it is a geniune UK model. They told me: “yes, we are a trusted UK supplier, we never sell phones from europe”
I only found out it is a greece model by receiving the phone.
I called them immediately to ask for the refunding they printed me a refund lable via 2nd class recorded delivery.
I delivered the item reaching them on 10am 16th Feb.
After that when I tried to call them there is no response even though l left the message.
Only when I called them via another number, I found that they just ignore my call by not picking up the phone. Because the customer pickup the phone immediately when I use the new number.
Finally, when it is connected I asked if they have received the phone. The customer service told me that he is too busy and cannot check if they have received the phone. And he told me feel free to go throught any official method to claim the refund.
I will now go through the formal claim process through the paypal or small claim court if necessary. And also report them to ofcom regulator because they seem not sell geniune UK phones!

Google Bad Review (2): Huge disapointment. I placed an order for a particular mobile with them. More than a week later I chased to see the progress as there was complete silence. The customer rep assured me it wont take long until the item is dispatched to me – they were just waiting for the shipment to arrive any day now. An hour or so later I receive an email that order has been cancelled. Unreliable.
