Google Bad Review 1:  This place is a nightmare. No idea how it such high ratings or advertises itself as a ‘workplace' – rude staff, laptops aren't even allowed on the damn tables! What a pointless policy. If you do have the misfortune of buying your mediocre coffee before they have the courtesy to tell you this rule (or that their wifi is garbage) you have to sit on these so called ‘sofas' (basically wildly uncomfortable benches with gross blankets draped over them). Very mislead by previous reviews and will absolutely not be returning.

Google Bad Review 1:  I have finally given up on Doppio, Kentish Town. Whilst I've never been a fan of the enforced jazz music, the quality of the coffee made up for it.
Today I ordered a soya cappuccino. The soya milk used was sweetened, which I was not told. Usually the soya milk has always been unsweetened. When I complained about this I was told by the manager that there is no taste difference between sweetened & unsweetened soya milk and that if I don't know how to drink coffee properly it wasn't his fault.
I understand that soya milk is not to everyone's taste but this type of disinterest in customers and lack of basic respect means I shall not be returning.

Google Bad Review 1:  First and last time. Went on a Saturday morning, had a coffee and before I was even finished the owner/manager (?) came to my table saying that he “needed” the table. I understand that an order of brunch might be more profitable than a coffee and croissant, but rushing customers to leave a table (when there were not even any people waiting to be seated) is the very definition of terrible customer experience for me. Such a shame, because the place is cozy and there are not man cafes in this area, but will not come back.

@management – I hope you consider the overall customer experience and it’s importante in building a loyal customer base.

My friend has been poorly and I was hoping to buy some tea that would be good for digestion, only to tell me that this was not a chemist!!! Prior to this instance I saw him bellowing commands at a female member of staff who looked terrified of him. Im not sure what is going on but me and my husband were shocked at his behaviour and quickly exited the store. i enjoy Whittard producrs but this particular staff member has completely put me off visiting this particular store and we will stick to ordering online for now! Disgusted.

Google Bad Review 1:  I have finally given up on Doppio, Kentish Town. Whilst I've never been a fan of the enforced jazz music, the quality of the coffee made up for it.
Today I ordered a soya cappuccino. The soya milk used was sweetened, which I was not told. Usually the soya milk has always been unsweetened. When I complained about this I was told by the manager that there is no taste difference between sweetened & unsweetened soya milk and that if I don't know how to drink coffee properly it wasn't his fault.
I understand that soya milk is not to everyone's taste but this type of disinterest in customers and lack of basic respect means I shall not be returning.
