Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible accounting services. Their unprofessional, bitter attitude shows immensely. They led me on for 4 months and in the end didn't file anything for me and made me look for another accountant last minute to do all the work due to ‘insufficient information' which I had already TOLD them several times. Not only that, they also ask you incredibly inappropriate and confidential information about your work for their own ‘personal use'. Disgusting service, would not recommend to anyone. And don't bother replying to this comment stating some sham nonsense, try being more professional to clients.

EDIT: What law? The information you asked me was CONFIDENTIAL and unnecessary to ask for ‘personal use'. The accountant I went with as well as several other accountants confirmed this and stated what you asked for was strictly private information which had no need to be asked for. I'm not surprised you offer no apology for leading me on for months due to your bitterness and hostile attitude towards my work, quite expected.

Google Bad Review (2):  The most disappointing accounting firm I’ve ever come across.
I Chose them for accountancy due to their good reviews but I highly suspect these have been written by themselves after dealing with their level of unprofessionalism.
I instructed the firm months ago to deal with my accounting and they were initially friendly and mentioned they could assist. I waited on them for months to sort out the return providing them numerous pieces of information despite my schedule and specifically mentioned to them I was hoping to file as soon as possible. They were fine with this and gave no mention of any issues regarding job, income, ect but on the very week I needed the filing done and sorter (which I had let them know of months prior), they cancelled last minute without any notice. Please note they may claim this was due to “insufficient information” but i assure you all information was provided and they confirmed everything was fine until the last day. The most childish tactic for not going above and beyond to give them private details about my business affairs (details which they didn’t need and which the accountant pointed out was “for his personal interest”). If you suffer the unfortunate fate of having Alex as your accountant, please be very cautious of being left beyond disappointed.

They then also very unprofessionally  breached privacy guidelines by revealing my personal address online publicly. They did this without my prior knowledge due to me being unhappy with their service. Instead of offering me an apology for the absolute chaos and unprofessionalism, their great idea was to inappropriately share my personal address online on my company site. I was left looking for another accountant last minute to sort out the mess they created- thankfully I did and have had absolutely no issues with any other accountants I’ve dealt with.

Please beware they may reply to this review claiming false accusations to clear their trail and denying whatever they can but I assure you the worst decision you can make is choosing this firm. I am simply writing this as an honest experience to warn others from making the same mistake I did.
They will try to inappropriately dig into any of your business or personal affairs (not for any tax/ business purposes but for their “personal interest”- quoted directly by Alex who then became bitter when he couldn’t find what he was looking for) and leave you without any work being done last minute whilst having wasted months of your time. By far the most unprofessional people I’ve dealt with.

I truly hope this review helps at least one person from making the mistake of choosing this firm like I did and not buy into these other fake reviews they’ve given themselves.

Edit: Please don’t be fooled into believing their lying lies. They are very aware of their actions.
