Google Bad Review 1:  I have used their services for 2 years. Not only their rates are twice as high as other accountants – sadly the staff wasn't really doing any effort to help the business to save money either – I've spent thousands on my tax with them; on the contrary I've saved a lot more with another Accountant. Moreover I found out that with other accountants both my LTD company and personal tax return can be done in 1 day, whilst with Complex Accounting Ltd I had to work for a week to supply them with documents, tables, invoices, detailed calculations, marking up the costs with markers to make them understand the expenditures so they are able to calculate them – just like if I was doing the tax return by myself and not them for me. Ridiculous treatment once I informed them that I no longer want to use their services – they still tried to charge me for using their address for the whole next year. When I refused as per documented e-mails, they've reduced the price to something around £30 and kept sending me emails about it for nearly a year. On top of that I wasn't getting my payslips regularly and I was missing many of them – complete mess and chaos. Once I've changed my accountant I found out that they didn't notify me about the NIC payments for the previous year, when I was still their Client – resulting in me having to pay a fine to HMRC, even though I have already paid upfront for the current year. Finally when I called and asked if they can help with my Maternity Leave Application, they were rude and unhelpful, trying to get rid of me by saying that they have no access to my Payroll. Later I found out that they actually never gave it to my new Accountant and lost the login details. I was then told by one of the staff members that she will speak to the Manager and return to my company's e-mail but she never did, after which I've decided to post this review.

They often contradict each other to the problem and in a different way 180 degrees. The only reliable and professional person is Mr. Piotr. Unfortunately this contact person is very difficult. The phone is missing from him. The fact is that he quickly replies to emails, however, as it turned out, the reason is prosaic is not a Pn full-time only who S hired who works at home. As I wrote there is not one guardian all obtained from subsequent people. With 3 invoices per month, these are continuous phone calls from their site and emails from subsequent men and gentlemen. Let's add that apparently these subsequent people have no insight or awareness of what the same person from the office answered in the same matter. The simplest case how handling an A1 document is commented: “we don't know how to do it because we've never done it, we can try it for … and here the amount but we do not know whether it will come out to us. “For everything this company requires subsidies. The regulations have changed, the third pillar of insurance is an additional payment. You can't get the impression that nobody is in control of this entity. DEAR STATE DEFINITELY DEFINITELY AND THE ENTIRE HEART I RECOMMEND THIS ENTITY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE HUGE PROBLEMS. IT IS WORTH SEARCHING FOR PROFESSIONAL SOMETHING AND ADDING A PAIR OF PUNDS INAC YOU WILL WAIT YOU FOR A CONTINUOUS CONVERSATION BY TELEPHONE OR MAILO WITH WOELOMA EMPLOYEES OF THIS OFFICE WHO HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY TO DO. If they managed water in the ocean after 3 days, there would be no water.

Niestety w tym biurze panuje olbrzymi chaos .Nie ma jednej osoby odpowiedzialnej za kontakt z klientem jest ich co najmniej 4 .Niejednokrotnie sprzecznie ustosunkowują sie one do problemu i to w sposób odmienny o 180stopni .Jedyna osoba rzetelna i profesjonalna jest Pan Piotr .Niestety wlasnie z ta osoba kontakt jest bardzo utrudniony .Telefonu do niego brak .Faktem jest , iz szybko odpowiada na maile jednak jak sie okazało powód jest prozaiczny nie jest Pn osba na etacie tyllko kim S wynajętym kto pracuje w domu .Tak jak napisałem nie ma jednego opiekuna wszystko uzyskuje sie od kolejnych osób .Przy 3 fakturach w miesiącu sa to nieustanne telefony z ich strony i maile od kolejnych pan i panów .Dodajmy ze najwyraźniej te kolejne osoby nie maja wglądu ani świadomosci co w tej samej sprawie odpowiedziała inna osoba z biura .Najprostrza sprawa jak załatwienie dokumentu A1 jest komentowane : ,, nie wiemy jak to zrobić , bo nigdy tego nie robiliśmy , możemy spobowac za ..i tu kwota ale nie wiemy czy nam wyjdzie” .Za wszystko ta firma rzada dopłat .Zmenily sie przepisy wchodzi 3 filar ubezpieczeń dopłata ..Nie mozna nie odnieść wrażenia ze nikt nad tym podmiotem nie panuje .Potrafia zadzwonić i prosić o pomoc nie o to by przekazać faktury czy bierząco dokumenty : dzwonią do mnie mówiąc ze np nie mogą sie porozumieć z moim poprzednim biurem bo wg nich to biuro czegoś im nie dało , tamto biuro mówi ze to to biuro przejęło księgowość i nie dało im jakis kodów zeby cos mogli skończyć itp ..Istny cyrk i jarmark .Do tego bardzo młode panie niedoświadczone życiowo na stanowiskach menadżerów , robią wrażenie iz jedyna rzeczą która kierowały przed kierowaniem tym biurem był młynek do mięsa albo co najwyżej sklepowy wózek w drogerii na rogu .SZANOWNI PANSTWO ZDECYDOWANIE I CAŁEGO SERCA ODRADZAM TEN PODMIOT JESLI NIE CHCECIE MIEĆ SPORYCH KŁOPOTÓW .WARTO POSZUKAĆ CZEGOŚ PROFESJONALNEGO I DOŁOŻYĆ PARE FUNTÓW INACZEJ CZEKAC WAS BEDZIE NIEUSTANNA ROZMOWA PRZEZ TELEFON CZY MAILOWO Z WOELOMA PRACOWNIKAMI TEGO BIURA , KTÓRZY Z ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ NIE MAJA WIELE DO CZYNIENIA .Gdyby zarządzali woda w oceanie po 3 dniach zabrakłoby wody .
