Happily take your money, do absolutely nothing and then make a run with it. No way to legally get your money back either as they sneak in a no refund policy. Better of just burning your money during the winter to keep you warm, at least that actually does something.

Google Good Review:  Fantastic service on short notice, I could not have asked for more from Sam and Chris Pataky. From the outset, Sam dealt with my case promptly and efficiently. I was offered a range of Barristers who were able to deal with my case at short notice with the opportunity to speak to each of them. Those responses were provided in less than two hours. Having spoken with Chris Pataky, I did not doubt that he was a true specialist in his field and perhaps more importantly that he provided a human touch to the matter. Chris’ attention to detail and knowledge of the case was second to none. Whilst I lost my appeal and was advised that this was likely at the outset by Chris, I cannot fault Chris’ efforts, sadly the odds and the law were stacked against the outcome I wanted. The regulator lost its appeal and a partial costs order was secured against it. I would highly recommend Chris Pataky and Clerksroom.
