Google Bad Review 1: Walked in to see if I can get a small colored tattoo and one of the guys said he doesn't know if color will take well on my skin (I am dark). I then pulled up my sleeve and showed him that 50% of my sleeve is in color. You don't underestimate potential clients because of their complexion. Pretty racist thing to say. I walked out and will take my money elsewhere. I am from NYC and I've never had a tattoo artist tell me I can't get color because I am darker complexion.

A simple apology would have been appreciated. I understand standing up for your artists but after being made to feel awkward and uncomfortable for the whole day it would of been nice to of had a simple sorry. Even if the artist is welcoming to other people he wasn't to us and it completley ruined the experience.

Was highly dissapointed with the customer service despite receiving a very good tattoo.
My boyfriend had a tattoo recently done by jack goks- on arrival it took well over an hour to be greeted and also was not pleased with having to wait for almost an hour for jack to finish the tattoo which should of been done well in advance. He was completely lazy with the design, not at all trying the idea which my boyfriend asked for and only instead tracing one of the images and making no edits and changes like my boyfriend wanted. My boyfriend wanting to just get on with the tattoo just happily agreed, though now regretting not saying something.
The entire time jack didn't at all seem welcoming as well as being rude and not even acknowledging me. He never offered a drink or tried to make any conversation. After jack giving us a specific time to come back after lunch my boyfriend rushed back to ensure jack was not kept waiting however jack then made my boyfriend wait, he started tattooing again almost an hour after he said he he would continue.
The entire time jack seemed like having us there was a massive annoyance to him whilst we paid £500 for this service. Was exceptionally dissapointed with the customer service by the tattoo artist however the lovely girl at the front, Hannah I believe, was an absolute angel! So sweet and considerate, offering drinks and constantly had a smile on her face!
Great tattoo but massively dissapointed by the attitude and service from the tattoo artist- would not come here again due to stressful experience before and during the tattoo.
